Answering phone calls (averaging about 60 per day)
Communicating with patients regarding follow up on claims status, eligibility, benefits, etc.
Provide outstanding customer service

Requirements:  
Strong verbal communication skills
Previous experience working in a call center environment
Experience working in healthcare preferred
Must pass a background check and drug screen
