Job Description:
Recommend and connect patients with various programs and services
Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
Evaluates the effectiveness of the Nursing care.
Foster continuity and quality of care for the well-being of patients.
Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
Comply with evaluation, treatment, and documentation guidelines.
Participate in clinical team conferences and cohort new grad support meetings.
Requirements:
Associate Degree -ASN or Diploma in Nursing
BLS, ACLS certification
1-2 years recent Med/Surg experience
Certification: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support , Basic Life Support
