Monitored and recognize patient vital signs, symptoms, telemetry readings and EKG for abnormal heart rhythms or changes such as afib, heart blocks, vtach/fib. Notify physician for immediate treatment.
Collaborated daily and established trust with surgeons, physician assistants, cardiologist, general medical practitioners, family nurse practitioners, charge nurse, nursing assistants, and various health care team members to achieve optimum patient
Job Requirements:
RN License
Full Covid Vaccine
3-4 Experience
