Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
The HR New Business Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating project deliverables specific to new business activities.
This position will actively participate in RFP coordination of responses including reading and understanding RFPs and contracts, identifying commitments and communicating people impacts back to HR New Business team and HR COEs.
This position will collaborate with the market entry and proposal team to provide required RFP information and ensure accuracy of content prior to first level review. This position will serve as an extended core team member on new business PMO project teams to identify and communicate risks and issues.
This position will coordinate HR project plans for each new business initiative and manage project tasks to meet overall project deadlines, including Readiness Review documentation. This position will actively maintain the content of the New Business SharePoint site. This position will also assist with coordination of position approvals in support of RRT.
 
Skills
1-3 years in Human Resources; Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and SharePoint; Attention to detail to ensure all aspects of the project are moving according to established deadlines
