Description-

Reporting to the Respiratory Therapy Supervisor this position provides respiratory therapy which includes assessment, treatment, management, control, diagnostic evaluation including ABG lab procedures, puncture and analysis and care of patients with deficiencies and abnormalities of the cardiopulmonary system.

Provides consultation, instruction, and/or technical direction to medical, nursing, and other staff members. Does limited cardiology diagnostic procedures.

The Registered Respiratory Therapist is responsible for providing a full range of complex respiratory care modalities centralized in the general and all acute care units.

Independent clinical judgments and evaluation are required. Supports an organizational culture for Service Excellence and practices the Service Excellence Standards to all customer groups.

Experience:

1 plus years of experience as an RRT
