Front Desk Supervisor:
Serve as primary point person for front desk issues
Manages the front desk staff including disciplinary issues and time off requests (5 staff)
Manages the scheduling of the front desk staff
Assures adequate and appropriate coverage every day, every weekend, and for all holidays
Covers for front desk staff when short staffed 
Provides input into front desk annual performance reviews
Works collaboratively with Medical Home Lead
Meets weekly with Practice Manager
Meets weekly/bi-weekly with each Front Desk staff  to update on issues and provide feedback
Meets weekly with the Front Desk Lead 
Updates/manages daily physician schedules assuring appropriate number of “sick” and “well” visits each day and adequate coverage during vacation weeks and holidays
At least one year of supervisory experience required
Knowledge of EPIC medical record system a plus
College degree required 


Education: Bachelors Degree
